UDISE PLUS DATA ENTRY ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳು

ಸೂಚನೆ: UDISE PLUS DATA ENTRY ಮಾಡುವ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ Section ಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದಂತೆಯೇ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು. ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ Section ಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು.

⭐ 1.22 Is this a Special School for CWSN? ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 1.23 Is this a Shift School? ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 1.26 Is this a minority managed school? ಅನುದಾನಿತ ಮತ್ತು ಅನುದಾನರಹಿತ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.( ಅನ್ವಯಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ)

⭐ 1.33 Number of instructional days (previous academic year) : 2021-22 ಸಾಲಿನ Working Days ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 1.37 When does the academic session starts? Mention month: ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು 05 ( ಮೇ) ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐1.40 Whether Balavatika is started in the Co- located Anganwadi/school? ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 1.41 “Whether any Out of School Children enrolled in the school are
attending Special Training? ” ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐1.44 Details of visits to the school during the previous academic year: ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ CRP/BRP/BRC/BEO/ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಹಂತದ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಶಾಲೆಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐1.52.6 “Whether parents/ volunteers
are actively involved in
supporting the school to
achieve Functional Literacy
and Numeracy (FLN) ” KPS ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅನ್ವಯ – YES ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು. & ಇತರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐1B School Safety (For All type of Schools) ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐1.57.1 Is the school displaying photographs of all teachers in a school? ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು YES ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.( ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಫೋಟೋಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ Display ಮಾಡುವುದು.)

⭐ 1.57.8 State School Standard Authority (SSSA) self-certification obtained? (1-Yes, 2-No ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು NO ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 2.18 Does the school have furniture for students? ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು YES ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು. ಮತ್ತು ಪಿಠೋಪಕರಣಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಇರುವ ಒಟ್ಟು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐2.22 Computer or Digital Equipment Status ಶಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಮೂಲಗಳಿಂದ Digital Equipments ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡ ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.

⭐ 2.23 Does the School have Internet Facility? ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು YES ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.
